The agreement that governs your use of IEPioneer.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the IEPioneer website and application (the “Service”), provided by IEPioneer, LLC (“IEPioneer,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Where an organization has a separate written agreement with us for the Service, that agreement governs and controls over any conflict with these Terms.
The Service is intended for use by educational organizations and their authorized staff. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for enabling the required authentication, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

When you use the Service on behalf of an organization, that organization controls the student and health records within it. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable data-protection or business-associate agreement. You represent that you have the authority and any necessary consents to enter the data you provide.
The Service integrates with third-party providers, including video platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) and calendar services. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and connecting them is at your discretion.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your organization’s data), is owned by IEPioneer and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Your organization retains ownership of its data.
The Service uses AI to produce draft notes and extract progress data. These outputs are drafts intended for review by a qualified professional, who is responsible for verifying and approving them before they are relied upon or entered into a record. IEPioneer does not provide clinical, legal, or compliance advice.
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IEPioneer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Where a separate agreement between your organization and IEPioneer specifies liability terms, those terms control.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
